Click on any file to begin downloading. A window will appear up asking you to either OPEN or SAVE. Click the SAVE option.
Another window will pop up asking where to save the file. Select your desktop and it will begin downloading.
If you have a cable or DSL connection, this download will take approximately 2-3 hours.
Once it is done downloading, the compressed file (.zip) will appear on your desktop.
Windows users should right-click the file and choose “Extract All.” The “Extraction Wizard” will then open. (If you don’t have extracting software, please visit http://www.winzip.com). Click the “Next” button three times and then “Finish.”
Mac users should double click on the downloaded file. The extraction process will automatically begin.
You will now see a folder called “Week 1” on your desktop. Inside that folder are the first 6 video files (.m4v). You will need to open these video files with either iTunes (FREE download available at http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/) or with QuickTime player (FREE download available at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/).
You will need to repeat steps 1-6 for all of the files listed on the download page.

If you have a video iPod, or an iPhone, drag and drop the files onto
the iPod icon of your player in iTunes. For other portable media players,
make sure you read the instructions for adding videos (M4V). You may do the
same with the Audio Only files if you wish to listen to the classes on a

device that reproduces MP3s.

Return to the folder where you saved the downloaded files.
If the files did not unzip automatically, right click and open with
your decompressing/unzipping software (Winzip for windows is available
for download at http://www.winzip.com)
Each zip file should open up into a folder that contains 6 classes in video (m4v) format.
By right clicking each of the files and choosing the option OPEN WITH,your computer will give you an option to choose your computer’s media
player (NOTE: the files are best viewed in iTunes or Quicktime and do
not function properly in Windows Media Player).
